In the sims 4 the ability to lock door returns in patch 21.

I just found out how to lock doors for certain people maybe useful to some of you sims 4 this is probably very well known but maybe there are people like me who didn t know.
I googled this a mod mentioned but only worked for old game ver.
New locks will default to locking the door for all sims.
Basically you lock the door for everyone then select the sim you want to have access click on the door and allow access to and select their name.
Lock a door in the game allow a specific sim to go through that door and employees save the game close the game start the game try to make the previously allowed sim go through that door what happens when the bug occurs.
Once a lock type is set disabling and re enabling the lock will preserve the lock type you set previously.
Unfortunaley i could not use the comfortable sim picker menu for this.
If you put walls up you can click on the door and click lock.
So all sims will show in a normal picker menu and has to be clicked.
