Solar Panel Slide Under Roof Rack

Hi i looking for ideas on how to mount solar panels under my roof rack 1 5m x 1 2m to be able to slide out the back end when stationary and the side back in when driving.

I have a rhino pioneer backbone roof rack and originally i thought about mounting a solar panel on top that was removable tilt able but that still takes up some space and wont work if i end up with an rtt.
